Rule 31
Manage the school to read
(1) Arrangements for primary, middle and adult schools will be arranged according to the needs of the children and adults who are incarcerated in the prisons and the necessary support needed by those schools.
(2) As far as possible, the jailer will appoint a qualified teacher from among the educated persons in the prison in the school arranged according to sub-rule (1). For working as a teacher, he will be paid at the rate of 60 rupees per month.
